Kod Tereza (or At Tereza's home) is a family holiday cottage in the rural farming village of Glavani close to Pula. She is one half of a typical traditional Istrian Stone House recently renovated to a very high standard. She has been fitted out with very high quality fixtures and fittings to ensure comfort and a problem free holiday.
Kod Tereza can sleep a family up to six people.

On the Ground floor is an open plan, beautifully renovated, kitchen/dining room with high quality crockery and cutlery and lots of thoughtful extras to make self catering a great experience. Down a couple of small steps is the sitting area, (which has a sofa divan) with DVD, video, and large screen TV and lots of brochures, books, games and ideas for your entertainment. Two wood burning stoves add so much ambience to a cooler evening.
This downstairs area is full of character and spacious too for up to six people! Perfect for the family.
There is also a small WC and hand basin to save you running upstairs!

Self catering is easy and fun for all the family in this stone cottage kitchen with quality fittings throughout

On the first floor are two double/twin bedrooms and a bathroom. In every bedroom there is ample cupboard space with drawers, mirrors, hanging space and lots of hangers. The beds are top quality and the bedding too!

Above one bedroom there is also a gallery where we can sleep the two small children in the family or where you can escape to read a book out of the way!

Two double sized bedrooms and this mezzanine level with enough space for the two small children in the family means sleeping for up to six is easy.

The Bathroom is great too, with a large shower and powerful! There is a large mirror, a quality cupboard below the sink. There is gas fired central heating and continuous hot water, meaning no cold showers, unless you want one! And there are fans in every room for when it is hot.

Outside, there is parking and all guests are welcome to make use of the newly landscaped garden with flowing water feature and summer kitchen with built in pizza/bread oven and grill. This really is a great place to stay and a great place to see the real character of our Istrian village of Glavani.

We live next door and are always there to help with advice, helpful thoughts and to show you where to buy the locals' wines and rakia / grappa. We are English too and are experienced in the holiday industry! But, first, can we suggest you come to Istra (English is Istria)to eat a great meal cooked by our neighbour while sat at the table in the garden pictured here!
