| The apartment is
located in a charming fishing village of Krnica on the east
coast of Istria. Picture right shows the fishing point just down
the road from the apartment. Stay in a large modern apartment situated less than 2 kilometres from the sea and child-friendly coves at Krnički Poret and just a very short stroll away from a cafe-bar, a mini-market, a post office and a pizza restaurant. The rooms and balconies have great views of the local countryside. |

| The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (with loads of wardrobe space), one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a bathroom with bath right next to it, and a kitchen/dining room with good cupboard space, a TV and a sofa bed. |

| There is a balcony outside one bedroom for eating and drinking and to enjoy the great views! Outside is ample parking space. The accommodation would sleep up to 5 with the sofa bed in the dining area. |  | |||||||
| The apartment also has central heating, so it
is appropriate for renting out of season. As this apartment is only a few hundred yards from Apartment Dorina, and the families are good friends, groups of up to 14 can easily be catered for, but of course you would have to book early to avoid one already being unavailable! |

Close to the main Pula to Rijeka road you will find that a short drive will take you to all the best destinations in Istra. Barban, Vodnjan, Marčana are all just ten minutes drive and Pula, minj and Labin are within 20mins. In the Krnicki Porat down the road there is also a diving school and a great restaurant with sea views. Highly recommended apartment for family holidays, romantic walks and sportsmen. |
