Within walking distance of three good restaurants, a fully stocked shop and a very good horse riding stable suitable for learners to fully experienced riders, this is a very well placed apartment with a substantial garden area for kids to play and adults to relax - especially on the hammocks provided!

Manjadvorci, with just 180 inhabitants, is a real example of the quiet and traditional Istrian way of living. This area is especially good for horse-riding, walking, running, enjoying real nature and following the peaceful ways of the locals.

Based just off the main Pula - Rijeka road, allowing for great access to all the through routes of Istria means that all the best sights of this beautiful peninsula can be found easily within an hours drive. The best beaches of Krnicki Poret are just ten minutes drive down the road.

The apartment, catering for up to 6 persons, comprises:

a large open-plan Living-Dining room and Kitchen area, with a large balcony leading off, affording great views across the Prodol valley. There is a comfortable sofa (which may be made up as a sofabed if required) , a Satellite TV, a large wooden dining table and chairs and a kitchen with a Gas Hob, Microwave, Refrigerator and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Air conditioning is supplied in this spacious area.

Two spacious, airy Bedrooms, one with a good sized double bed and the second with two singles. Both have radiators for out of season holidays and ample wardrobe and storage space.

A bathroom with bath, sink unit, and WC, together with a hot water cylinder supplying lots of  hot water.

Outside, there is private parking and a large shady terrace with wooden table and chairs for outdoor dining, drinking and relaxing and which overlooks the huge garden area.

This is ideal for two adults and two to three kids who enjoy horse riding, cycling, swimming and all the outdoor pursuits.

Bicycles are supplied upon request to take advantage of the miles of quiet, countryside roads.
